Unex Services provides excellent service standards by focusing on quality, safety and punctuality of ground equipment and personal around parked aircraft and adjacent to the Ramp area for both passenger airline and cargo customers. We provide services to freighters which fully integrate with our physical cargo handling service, giving maximum efficiency between air-side operations and Terminal Operated by our Ramp Services Unit.

Our Unex services comprise the following:

• Storage and securing of loads in aircraft
• All documentation for ramp handling services

Air Side (Ramp Handling)

Air Side (Ramp Handling) caters all activities that happen under the airplane. We are known for serving established airlines that are professionally acknowledged for their excellence services in the aviation business. Passenger Services begin at check-in to ensure passengers of our valued customer airlines of quality service and on time departure. Our services consist of:

Passenger Handling

  • Check-in
  • Check ticket and travel document

Baggage Handling

Load Control Handling

  • Load Control Supervisor
  • Check the load sheet against the final loading report, fueling order and actual number of passengers in the cabin
  • Organize the turnaround and all contacted functions
  • Load Master
  • Carry out the aircraft loading
  • Supervise the aircraft loading
  • Ensure that the loading is done in accordance with the LIR
  • Confirms the loading or advise the LCS or load sheet agent after completion
  • Weight & Balance
  • Issue loading instruction report (LIR) according to the information collected from the passenger and cargo department
  • Prepare the load sheet
  • Document Preparation
  • Prepare all on-board documents
  • Coordinate and communicate with customer airlines
  • Keep up-to-date of crew list and changes of flight schedule
  • Follow all instructions and procedures given by customer airlines
  • In-house Instructor – Coordinate with customer  airlines – Update all information receiving from customer – Train the trainer
