Unex Rajawali Indonesia — PT Unex Rajawali Indonesia continues to strengthen its commitment to high standards in aviation operations and workplace safety. In August 2026, the company again held Awareness Training Batch 2 for its operational staff.
The training covered four key modules: Human Factor Awareness, Safety Management Systems (SMS), Basic Cargo, and Dangerous Goods (DG) Awareness. It was conducted online to support flexible, effective learning alongside operational duties.
Training took place in stages on 24, 26, 27, and 28 August 2026. Fifty operational staff members from various work areas of PT Unex Rajawali Indonesia participated enthusiastically in this capacity-building programme.
The programme was again entrusted to Nurma Avia Pratama, a professional education institution and strategic partner in aviation workforce development.
Through Batch 2, participants refreshed and deepened their understanding of:
- Human Factor Awareness: Understanding psychological and physiological factors and human limitations to reduce potential human error in the field.
- Safety Management Systems (SMS): Strengthening workplace safety culture and proactive risk mitigation throughout operational processes.
- Basic Cargo: Refreshing basic cargo-handling standards under applicable regulations to support efficient and secure shipments.
- Dangerous Goods (DG) Awareness: Improving vigilance in identifying, handling, and managing dangerous goods in air cargo.
Management expressed appreciation for the smooth delivery of the training. Following Awareness Training Batch 2, all operational personnel are expected to be better prepared, more alert, and collectively committed to applying safety standards and standard operating procedures consistently in their daily work.
